Student placements.
Supporting the next generation
We are proud to support the next generation of creative practitioners through our student placement opportunities and partnerships with drama schools and universities.
Over the years, we have welcomed students from organisations including Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, with many of our own staff and facilitators being graduates of Central, alongside students from Kingston University and other higher education providers. These placements offer valuable hands-on experience within a creative and inclusive working environment.

Meaningful industry experience
Our placements give students the opportunity to work alongside our staff and students across a range of projects and productions. Depending on their area of study and interests, students may gain experience in:
- Inclusive theatre and performance
- Workshop facilitation
- Community arts projects
- Accessible devising and creative development
- Event support and production
- Simulated patient training
- Audience engagement and participation
We believe placements should be collaborative, supportive, and genuinely valuable for students entering the creative industries. Working within our organisation gives students insight into inclusive arts practice and the importance of accessibility and representation.
Partner with us
We are always interested in building new relationships with drama schools, universities, and training providers who share our commitment to creativity, inclusion, and social impact. Whether you are looking for short-term placements or ongoing partnerships, we would love to hear from you.
