Music and Movement sessions offer students a space to explore rhythm, coordination, and physical expression through activities such as dance and singing. Each session incorporates a variety of elements, including music, instruments, visual aids, interactive games, and sensory and proprioceptive objects.

Drama and Communication activities include drama games, storytelling, improvisation, role-play, Makaton and sensory interaction. Drama and communication activities help participants develop confidence, interaction skills, and imaginative thinking.

Our Arts & Crafts sessions offer a creative space where students can explore a wide variety of materials and artistic techniques from sewing, painting, jewellery making and more! Taught through themed projects and community collaborations, students are encouraged to express their individuality, build confidence, and develop creative and fine motor skills. Each project is designed to celebrate personal expression and artistic growth.
